FAQs

Q. I can't find anyone local to me.

A. Our locator program is relatively new and stockists are being added continuously as we receive their updated information. To buy in singles we would encourage you to use either this site or one of our many retail stockists who will have a comprehensive returns policy.

Q. Can I open a Trade account?

A. We welcome enquiries from web and retail shop outlets in the UK and the EU. You will need to order in our MOQ's. Please click on the Wholesale/Trade Enquiries button above and fill in the online registration form.

Q. I cannot see Wholesale prices on your site?

A. You will need to have your wholesale registration vetted and accepted. Once this is done we will email you the login details required to buy wholesale directly from our website. However we have many web and retail shop outlets throughout the UK and the EU. To find your nearest stockist please click here or on the "Stockists" button in the navigation bar above.

Q. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for Wholesale purchase?

A. MOQ is 10 pairs (or one unit)

Q. What is a Unit?

A. A unit is 2 x Small, 5 x Medium and 3 x Large pairs of any one style.

Q. Why do you sell in Units?

A. Experience over the years has shown us that these are the most common % of sizes bought and this makes it easier for new stockists in particular to order so as not to be left with redundant stock.

Q. What do Small, Medium and Large sizes come up as?

A. Click here to see our comprehensive size chart.

Q. Do you stock Extra Large (XL) sizes?

A. Yes most styles come in XL (UK 9-10 Eur 43-44) and can be ordered separately in quantities as required.

Q. What are Tipsyfeet shoes made of?

A. Unless otherwise advised all our shoes have a PU Leather upper and a TPR sole. The shoe linings are Satin and the pouch lining is Polyester.

Q.  What is TPR?

A. Thermo Plastic Rubber. This is one of the latest technologies used to create mold-injected soles, including polymers and high tech resins. This sole offers superior comfort to ordinary soles, because it is flexible like a traditional leather sole but also washable and far more durable.
