1. Making A Purchase
We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro/Switch and American Express. Paypal are our Global payments portal with over 200 million accounts Worldwide and over 15 million in the UK alone. You do not need a Paypal account to use this service.
The easiest way you can order is:
· On-line: Just visit our website www.tipsyfeet.co.uk.
However if you prefer to pay by another method you can order by:
· Telephone: You can telephone our office on 01920 468660 between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday. If for any reason we cannot take your call, please leave your name and a contact number on our answerphone and we will return your call as soon as possible.
· Post: You can send your order by post. Please include your credit card details. Please ensure that a daytime contact number is included. Post it to Tipsy Feet Ltd, 9 Foxdells, Birch Green, Hertford, Herts SG14 2LS
2. Postage and Packaging
Delivery charges within the UK are as follows:
. Royal Mail 2nd Class Free
· Royal Mail 1st Class from £3.00
This is all worked out automatically during the checkout.
· Delivery is usually within two days if ordered before 2pm on a weekday
(Only applies to mainland UK customers)
We are unable to deliver on Sundays.
We can also deliver your purchases to the EU or the Rest of the World. Charges are calculated on a sliding scale and can be assessed within the shopping basket area. For more information click here.
Orders received by 2pm Monday - Friday will usually be despatched within a day of receipt. Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail, DHL or Fedex and delivery is normally next day. At peak times, especially Christmas, this could be slightly longer. A signature may be required.
If an item is not in stock, we can advise you when new stock arrives. Please click the notification link if you would like this. If there is a further delay we will notify you in writing and ask you whether you would still like the item(s) to be sent to you. We will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one delivery. Goods are offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
Tipsyfeet treats personal information with the utmost respect. The data entered on your order form may be stored and used for customer care, and to process orders. From time to time we may contact you with information regarding new products, special offers, events etc. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive such mailings from us by emailing us at email@example.com. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
The contract between You, the buyer, and Us, Tipsyfeet, will be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between You and Us will be resolved by the English courts.
5. Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund. Please return your purchase within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, and in its box (if applicable), together with proof of purchase. The postage and packaging charge is not refundable. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend that you send it by recorded post or similar. 6. General Information
Our prices are as published on our website. Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, however, slight variations may occur, due to the production techniques used. Images shown on our website may have slight colour differences to the actual goods you receive due to the display discrepancies inherent in different computer monitors. Where we refer to Gold, Silver, Bronze or Pearl for instance, this refers only to style and colour, not the actual materials used.
7. Errors and Omissions
We all make mistakes! We believe that our prices are correct but if we have made an error we reserve the right to refuse a sale. If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder. Errors and omissions excepted.
8. Online Security.
All online purchases with Tipsyfeet are handled using the latest security technology to protect our customers. Credit card information is securely encrypted to ensure your transactions with us are private and protected as they travel over the Internet. We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers above version 3 support this security.
Your payment details are held in a securely encrypted format until we process your order. This encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us. The encryption technique we use is of the highest standard available for e-commerce and certified by Thawte. Our security certificate can be viewed by clicking on the Thawte logo from our checkout page.
Please note that our products and packaging are not toys and as such should be kept away from children and vulnerable persons. Tipsyfeet does not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury, howsoever caused, by any of it's products
10. Payments from Overseas Customers
Your card payment will be processed in GBP Sterling and your receipt will show GBP Sterling prices. If your card is held in a different currency, your card issuer will charge you the Currency Exchange Rate in use for that day and this will be shown on your monthly statement. Please note that any refund will be made in GBP and your card issuer will refund you using the Exchange Rate that is in use for that day and this could be different to the original rate you were charged when making your payment. Your card issuer may also levy a currency conversion charge and/or a transaction fee, and this may not be reversed in the event of any refund or order cancellation. This means that your refund could be slightly more or less than you have originally paid and we cannot be responsible for this difference.
11. Loyalty Points (where applicable) NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE ON TIPSYFEET
Loyalty Points are issued on all new orders at the rate of one point for each full GBP Sterling spent, excluding delivery and VAT where applicable.
Loyalty Points may be redeemed against future orders only and have no monetary value. However each point has a notional value of 5p equivalent to a discount of 5%.
Loyalty Points may not be redeemed when a Discount Code is in use.
Ownership of goods shall not pass until full payment has been received.
